If you are resurfacing a public area like a car park, paths, smoking areas, entry areas any areas which are accessible to the public,as long as it is to make the area "non-slip" old concrete tends to become worn and therefore slipping may take place on wet worn concrete or in an area that may be sealed colour concrete may become very slippery in the wet.
So it is great for landlords and business owners alike as it is a major tax deduction. Spray pave is extremely non-slip and has a high non-slip rating due to the finish.
